1 on 1 Coaching Sessions

A one-off session to pause and gain perspective

The Step Back Session is a 60–90 minute, one-to-one online session.

It’s designed for business owners who feel caught in the day-to-day and want space to think more calmly and objectively about their business.

This is not a strategy day, and it’s not about fixing everything at once. Instead, the session creates breathing space to: step out of firefighting; look at what is currently shaping your days; understand where pressure and responsibility are landing; notice patterns that may be keeping things stuck.

The session stands alone and offers value in its own right.

There is no pressure and no obligation.
Some business owners choose to continue working with me after a Step Back Session.

Ongoing coaching provides a regular space to: think     things through as the business evolves, make sense of challenges as they arise, reflect on decisions before reacting to them, build steadier, more intentional ways of leading.

Support is usually one-to-one and tailored to what you need most whether that’s focus and accountability, leadership and team dynamics, or understanding people and managing pressure more sustainably. There are no fixed programmes.

For those who choose ongoing coaching support, this is usually a monthly investment of around £495 + VAT, agreed in advance as to what is most helpful and reviewed together as we go.
